Our process
Disciplined in process, free in thought.
Four clear phases — with room for the better idea.
Phase 01: Intro call & analysis
In a no-obligation intro call we get to know your company: what sets you apart, who you want to reach, what the website should achieve. We listen closely, put things in order — and ask the uncomfortable questions early, so the foundation holds.
Deliverables
Briefing · Goals · Proposal
Phase 02: Concept & wireframes
Before a single pixel is placed, the framework stands: information architecture, page structure, user flow. In wireframes you see early how the site feels — functional and tidy, with space for the surprising solution.
Deliverables
Sitemap · Wireframes · Content plan
Phase 03: Design in Figma
Now it becomes visible: typography, colour, imagery, interaction — designed in Figma and experienced as a clickable prototype. Disciplined in the detail, bold in the idea. You give feedback before a line of code exists.
Deliverables
UI design · Prototype · Style guide
Phase 04: Development & launch
We implement the approved design pixel by pixel — responsive, fast, with clean code. After a joint testing phase the site goes live; CMS and access transfer to you. You stay independent.
Deliverables
Responsive website · CMS · Handover
Working together
Questions that come up every time.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo and any existing material, the necessary access, your content — and one fixed point of contact who is allowed to decide. Honestly: projects rarely slip because of the technology, they slip because content is missing.
- Who writes the copy?
- By default the content comes from you and we structure and sharpen it. We also take on the writing in full — it then appears as its own item in the proposal.
- What if I don’t like the design?
- That is exactly why phase 03 comes before phase 04: in Figma we iterate while nothing has been built. Rebuilding in design costs hours, rebuilding after launch costs days. Development starts only once you have approved the design.
- Can I change something mid-project?
- Within the current phase, at any time. Anything reversed after an approval changes the proposal — we discuss that openly with you instead of quietly putting it on the invoice.
- When do I pay?
- In three instalments along the phases: on commissioning, on design approval and at go-live. The amounts are in the proposal before you sign.
